When we lose touch with nature
We lose touch with our selves
The orchards are radiant
The trees emit strength
The meadows brilliant
The canyons are glistening
And the waters eternally wandering
Washing pure from the crest
Love becomes panoramic
And foe is but an illusionary veil.
As for friend, it becomes us, as does
the Cup of Human Kindness...
